Mantis Gateway Server

The Mantis Gateway Server has been designed by Mantis to give our clients a dynamic range of connectivity. Simply stated, this "black box" serves as a transparent gateway between information systems sources, database repositories and MedRIS client software.

The Mantis Gateway Server enables users to access data from multiple, disparate information systems and databases, including Health Information Systems (HIS), Lab Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Data Warehouses, and transcription servers or billing service providers. Unlike any other gateway servers or interface engines on the market, the Mantis Gateway Server allows for true enterprise wide connectivity, allowing multiple RIS, and multiple PACS environments to connect seamlessly to a common application (MedRIS).

The Mantis Gateway Server allows clients to easily manage the storage and distribution of critical data from disparate systems while providing end-users with an easy-to-use graphical user interface so they can concentrate on reviewing data instead of locating it. In conjunction with MedRIS, the Mantis Gateway Server will allow any PC with any Web browser to view any enterprise data (including images).
